How do I update the app?

Updates are automatic when installed from the Microsoft Store. On Mac, the app notifies you when a new version is available to download.

What if I uninstall it?

You can reinstall anytime from the Microsoft Store, or by downloading the Mac DMG again.

Is my data stored on your servers?

By default, no. Your conversations stay on your device. We only store your account settings and preferences.

Can I use it offline?

No, you need an internet connection to access messaging platforms. But the app will gracefully handle disconnections.

Is the Mac version free?

Yes. The Mac app is free to download and use, with all 21 platforms and one account per platform. Running several accounts of the same platform is part of a one-time lifetime Pro upgrade.

Is the Mac app safe to install?

Yes. The Mac app is a Developer ID-signed and notarized DMG, so macOS Gatekeeper recognizes it as trusted. Open the DMG and drag the app into your Applications folder to install.
